Huey Magoo’s collects your personal information in a variety of ways. For example, you may provide us with your personal information when you place an order; apply for a job; refer a potential employee; register for an account; sign up for our loyalty rewards program; register to participate in our SMS/ text message marketing program; purchase a Huey Magoo’s gift card; participate in a survey, contest or sweepstakes; redeem a promotion; apply to become a Huey Magoo’s franchisee; or use some other feature of our Online Services.

Contact and Demographic Information. we may collect personal information, such as your name, phone number, postal address, gender, age, postal/zip code, birthday, and e-mail address, when you register for our Online Services, place an order for delivery, sign up for our mailing list by joining our loyalty rewards program, subscribe to our SMS/text message marketing program, redeem or participate in a promotion, enter a contest or sweepstakes, purchase or redeem a gift card, or otherwise communicate or interact with us. Payment and Transaction Information. Social Security, Criminal, Immigration Status and Financial Information. If you are interested in a franchise and would like to complete a franchise application online, then we will not only request your name, residential and email addresses and phone number but also your birthdate, social security number, immigration status, criminal history, and information regarding your assets and liabilities. We will use this information to evaluate your candidacy in determining if you meet our criteria for becoming a Huey Magoo’s franchisee.

Information Collected From Job Applicants. When you submit a job application through our Online Services, we will collect certain personal information, including (without limitation), your name, phone number, address, gender, age, postal/zip code, e-mail address, social security number, employment history, educational background. We may also obtain information about you from your references or receive information from third-party employment agencies or recruiters if you apply for a job through a third-party service. We will use this information to evaluate your candidacy for the position that you are applying for.

Location Information. We may collect information about your location if you provide your address or postal zip code to us. If you consent to our mobile application having access to the location services on your device, then we and our third-party providers may collect location data through GPS, Wi-Fi, wireless network triangulation or other similar methods. We may use your location information to provide personalized content and advertising to you, to enhance your shopping and dining experience, to allow you to view deals and products available to you based on your location, to assist us with analytics such as foot traffic measurement, and to improve the effectiveness of our Online Services, restaurants, mobile applications, merchandise, advertising, and customer service.

Information You Post and Information Provided By Social Networks. We may collect information that you post to our social media pages, including, your comments, or any photos and videos that you may share from a mobile device. If we deny your appeal and you are located in Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, or Virginia, you can contact your Attorney General to submit a complaint.

We have disclosure obligations in Nevada. A “sale” under Nevada law is the exchange of personal information for money for a third party to license or sell to other third parties. We may offer loyalty programs that provide benefits such as rewards points and discounts to those who participate. From time to time, we also offer coupons, discount codes, or offers for free products that require a sign-up. Participation requires you to provide some personal information, such as identifiers, demographic information (age), usage information, and transaction history. The incentives associated with our loyalty programs are designed to reward loyal customers for continuing to purchase Huey Magoo’s products. By joining our loyalty program, you consent to any financial incentive associated with the program. You have the right to withdraw from the financial incentive at any time by cancelling your participation in the loyalty program. You have the right to delete your personal information associated with your Huey Magoo’s loyalty rewards account. However, if you delete your personal information, we will not be able to link your rewards to your account. Therefore, you will be unable to receive benefits from Huey Magoo’s loyalty rewards program. Additionally, we will be unable to recover your account after deletion.
